• The Project Executive is responsible for the part of the workplace management team that directly manages short- and long-term projects. Project Executives are typically responsible for developing strategic program and project goals and monitoring program and project performance.
• Prepare all resources for all projects and provide required reports for same and plan all projects according to required timeframe and in compliance with project policy documents and monitor all staff and client’s performance for all clients.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate with clients, owners and subcontractors to ensure optimal level of client satisfaction and administer everyday operation for projects.
• Source, contract, brief and manage external contractors and suppliers.
• Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project, ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs.
• Coordinating and supervising construction professionals and sometimes members of the public
• Report any incident, accidents, hazards or near musses in the workplace immediately as per company procedures.
• Provide for site safety and security; devise and implement site policies and procedures.
• Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety.
• Finding ways to prevent problems and to solve any that crop up.
• Maintain quality control procedures.
• Consistently follows/enforces the Company’s safety procedures and policies
• Keep Section Heads and Operations Manager informed on any customer problems/opportunities timely.
• Record and report required information in a timely and accurate manner.
• Carry out Ad Hoc task or projects for continuous work process improvement from time to time as required by the superior/ the Company.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, ICT or related field.
• At least 3 years’ experience in ELV/ICT project execution or site supervision.
• Strong technical knowledge of structured cabling, fiber containment & ELV systems.
• Data Center project experience is a strong advantage.
• Able to read drawings & manage sites independently.
• Able to perform effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Good communication & leadership skills.
• Possess own transport; willing to travel within Klang Valley & JB.
• Immediate availability is an added advantage

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
