The Engineer applies practical technical knowledge learned through experience and training in executing the day-to-day technical facilities management operations and maintenance related to building assets. This includes infrastructure, equipment, machinery, and interior/exterior building elements.

Expectations:

• Operate, trouble shoot, repair, and improve functioning/availability of machinery, equipment and building
• infrastructure
• Execute and/or supervise preventive and reactive maintenance work
• Conduct facilities/equipment/machinery/safety inspections for compliance with government regulations

• Provide input to and manage expenditures within operating budgets
• May participate in the procurement process.

Qualifications and Ideal Experiences

• Degree Qualifications in a mechanical, electrical or operational engineering discipline.
• 3 - 4 years of relevant experience in engineering or critical environment space.
• 1 – 2 years’ experience in the operation of electrical and mechanical services in Tier III or equivalent data centre or critical facility.
• Critical environment experience within similar sized site or operation.
• Experienced with continuous improvement initiatives and preparation of reports

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
