Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct sales presentations, meetings and negotiations with potential customers.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and business presentations.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and business growth targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
• Follow up on sales leads and ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Represent the company professionally during meetings, networking events and exhibitions.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales or Marketing. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Target-driven, proactive and self-motivated.
• Well-groomed with a neat and professional.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
