Sepenuh Masa Warehouse assistant Jobs, salary up to MYR 3,000 in AGENSI PEKERJAAN SUE Port Klang - Maukerja

• Assisting the Warehouse Supervisor with managing warehouse staff and coordinating various warehouse activities.
• Post every inbound, outbound, and internal stock movement into Microsoft Dynamics immediately upon occurrence - no batching, no end-of-day catch-up.
• Issue and maintain all warehouse documents with full accuracy: Goods Received Notes (GRN), Delivery Orders (DO), stock transfer records, and Return Merchandise Authorisations (RMA).
• Verify advance documentation - packing lists, Certificates of Analysis (COA), and import permits before goods arrive at the dock.
• Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile physical inventory against Dynamics records; resolve discrepancies within the same shift where possible.
• Prepare outbound documentation (delivery orders, packing lists, export declarations) with zero errors, ensuring it is ready before loading commences.
• Produce a daily inventory exception report (low-stock, overstock, slow-moving items) for the Warehouse Supervisor before end of shift.
• Ensure correct labelling, physical segregation, and compliant storage of raw materials, finished goods, and hazardous materials at all times.
• Coordinate with hauliers and logistics providers on loading schedules, seal numbers, and transport documentation ensuring zero delays attributable to paperwork.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
