Job Vacancy:

Site Supervisor

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate renovation works at a university.

50250 Kuala Lumpur,

Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily renovation works and site activities.
• Coordinate workers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other relevant parties.
• Ensure works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, schedules, and quality requirements.
• Monitor project progress and ensure works are completed within the required timeline.
• Conduct site inspections and identify and resolve site issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and university regulations.
• Coordinate material deliveries and ensure materials are properly used and stored.
• Prepare daily site progress reports, records, and supporting documentation.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with the Project Manager, consultants, university representatives, and other stakeholders.
• Perform any other site-related duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant experience in construction, renovation, or fit-out works.
• Able to supervise workers and subcontractors effectively.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.
• Must be willing and available to work seven (7) days a week throughout the project period, subject to the project’s operational and site requirements.

Employment Duration:

Until completion of the renovation works at the university (End of September 2026)

Pay: RM2,600.00 per month
