About the Opportunity

SynapsCo is supporting an international engineering organization specializing in mission-critical cooling solutions for Data Center projects across Southeast Asia.

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of Data Center Cooling / HVAC projects.

This is a permanent position, directly employed by the client.

Preferred Background

We are looking for professionals with experience in one or more of the following:

• Data Center Cooling Systems
• Precision Air Conditioning
• CRAC / CRAH Systems
• Chilled Water Systems
• HVAC Systems within Data Center or Mission-Critical Facilities
• HVAC Project Management
• Data Center Construction or MEP Project Delivery

Experience with companies such as STULZ, Vertiv, Schneider Electric, Daikin Applied, Carrier, Johnson Controls, Climaveneta, Envicool, Exyte, or other similar organizations will be an advantage.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience managing HVAC or Data Center Cooling projects.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating contractors, consultants, clients, and project teams.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
