Kerja Sepenuh Masa BO Chargeman (11kv) - Developer-Construction, Gaji tinggi MYR 12,000 di PERSOL Johor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain building M&E systems, including electrical, ACMV, lifts, escalators, plumbing, and car park systems.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is carried out efficiently.
• Perform Chargeman duties in compliance with Suruhanjaya Tenaga regulations.
• Support Asset Enhancement Initiatives (AEI) by coordinating with consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
• Monitor building defects and ensure timely rectification.
• Supervise and lead a team of technicians, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Respond to technical issues and emergencies to maintain uninterrupted building operations.

Requirements

• Valid Chargeman BO Certificate issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in technical facilities management, preferably in commercial buildings or shopping malls.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, ACMV, lifts & escalators, plumbing, and building services.
• Experience in Asset Enhancement Initiatives (AEI) or project coordination is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing technicians and contractors.
• Able to work independently and respond effectively to emergency situations.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
