Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing administrative support to the Management team. This role also involves coordinating staff training, assisting with HRDC matters, and supporting tender documentation and submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure office efficiency.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and general administrative enquiries professionally.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, letters, and other business documents as required.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and company records.
  • Coordinate staff training programmes and liaise with HRDC regarding training applications, claims, and related documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation, compilation, submission, and tracking of tender documents and supporting information.
  • Liaise with external vendors, government agencies, service providers, and clients when required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and documentation requirements.
  • Perform any other administrative duties assigned by Management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role.
  • Knowledge of HRDC training processes and documentation will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in preparing or assisting with tender documentation will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Strong organisational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail with good problem-solving abilities.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
