We are seeking a motivated Admin Intern to support our Human Resources department with documentation management and essential administrative functions. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR operations and provides exposure to various aspects of human resources management in a professional environment.

Job Description

• Assist in compiling and verifying employee attendance and leave records
• Assist in collecting, verifying, and processing employee overtime (OT) claims in accordance with company policy
• Follow up with employees or departments on any missing or incorrect OT/claim submissions
• Help maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR files
• Assist with HR documentation such as offers letters, contracts, and HR correspondence

Qualifications

• Candidates should be currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, as is the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Prior internship or work experience in an office environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Can work in Putrajaya.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM500.00 per month
