MAJOR FUNCTION :
To manage the branch operations, finance, administration and marketing for the efficient management and performance of the branch.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
1. Planning, formulating and implementation on matters pertaining to security requirements in order to achieve and maintain superior service to clients.
2. Responsible on daily operations of security guards at client’ premises.
3. To ensure daily report submit to Headquarters and client as per stated in requirement/contract.
4. To plan and improve specific service method for a particular post in order to obtain professionalism.
5. You are responsible for the whole operations, always ready and strategize as to overcome unforeseen problems in future such as in case of fire, theft, security violation etc.
6. To conduct weekly/monthly branch meeting and to submit reports to Headquarters.
7. To conduct spot check and inspections on guards and others to ascertain effectiveness of security services at least 3 times a week.
8. Must ready to attend to matters raised within 24 hours and always reachable to resolve the security matters at anytime.
9. To ensure deployment of security personnel to the respective clients according to the requirement.
10. You will be held responsible for whatsoever losses / compound / penalties due to careless or failure to carry out (perform) the duty.
11. Responsible to ensure all guards are highly disciplines and smartly dress at all times.
12. Responsible to ensure all guards will not leave their post until being properly relieved.
13. Checks records of patrolling and station dairy daily by patrolling officer/operations officer/security guards.
14. Reports on security incidents and matters to Headquarters immediately.
15. Responsible for accurate recording, licensing and storage of company's fire¬arms and ammunition.
16. Branch's monthly report to Operation Manager /Senior Operations Manager.
17. Monitoring the efficient usage and recording of transport.
18. To liaise closely with company's Operations Manager/Senior Operations Manager on operational matters and difficulties.
19. To define budget and setting financial objectives and subsequently monitor¬ing their progress.
20. Ensuring proper and accurate recording of time sheets for further action by Payroll and Finance Department.
21. Collection of cheques from client.
22. Maintain proper records of personnel.
23. To handle application form, leave, medical, hostel, personnel security vetting and other matters.
24. Recruitments and training of personnel in accordance of company's regula¬tions and client’s requirements.
25. To conduct training program and ensure that security guards are equipped with necessary knowledge and skills to perform their job.
26. Motivation, discipline and welfare of personnel.
27. To liaise with existing clients to maintain close rapport.
28. To obtain feedback from clients and to respond appropriately.
29. To effectively attend to complaints from client to avoid to credit note.
30. Assist in planning and improving the quality of security services provided to customers
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. To carry out other duties assigned by Operations Manager/Senior Operations Manager.
2. To abide and comply with company's standing orders and any other instructions, memorandum that may be issued from time to time pertinent to your duties and responsibilities.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
