Full Time Assistant Technician Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in Boilermech Selangor - Maukerja

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assist Technician in carrying out preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) for mechanical and electrical systems.

2. Perform basic electrical troubleshooting, including checking wiring, sensors, switches, and motor connections under supervision.

3. Carry out basic maintenance tasks such as cleaning, tightening electrical connections, lubrication, and replacement of minor parts.

4. Use basic electrical and mechanical tools and measuring instruments safely.

5. Identify and report any electrical or mechanical abnormalities to supervisor/technician.

6. Follow safety procedures, LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out), and company SOP during maintenance work.

7. Assist during shutdown, breakdown, and emergency repair activities.

8. Record maintenance activities and support documentation/reporting.

9. Perform other duties as assigned by superior or management from time to time.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED:

1. Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical or related technical field.

2. 0–3 years working experience in maintenance (fresh graduate is encouraged to apply).

3. Basic knowledge in mechanical and electrical systems.

4. Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance activities is an advantage.

5. Familiar with basic troubleshooting of motors, pumps and electrical components.

6. Able to use basic hand tools and measuring instruments.

7. Safety-conscious and familiar with basic workplace safety practices (LOTO is an advantage).

8. Willing to work overtime / shift when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
