Job description:

• Handle full process of recruitment in terms of sourcing, interviewing, shortlisting and also hiring of potential candidates to fill up the vacant positions based on the expectations and needs of the hiring managers.
• Sourcing and posting of vacancies to Job Seeker Platform
• Work with recruitment agencies to source for candidate
• On-boarding process for new join employee
• Compensation & benefit packages – propose any other special allowance or competitive reward scheme.
• Update/Modify Organization Chart (when necessary)
• Update/Review employee’s handbook from time to time
• Ensure employee understand & comply with policies
• Make sure company policy is adhere with labour Act (up to date)
• Managing and supervise all employees leave and attendance clock in and clock out timing and provide monthly report of attendance.
• Attend/Resolve conflict in the company (counselling)
• Act as point of contact regarding labour legislation issue
• Involved in employee engagement to understand the problems faced by them at workplace and see what we can do to help and support their needs in terms of training and human development.
• Handling misconduct case such as issue show cause letter, warning letter and manage employee grievance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Have knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM6,000.00 per month
