**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Crew member to join our dynamic food and beverage team at our ATH.ISA stall at Timbre Hillview. This role involves food preparation, maintaining kitchen hygiene standards, and supporting daily kitchen & cashiering operations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment whilst demonstrating strong teamwork and attention to detail.
**Job Description**
• Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking dishes according to established recipes and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen areas, equipment, and work stations in compliance with food safety regulations
• Assist with order taking, cashiering and customer service.
• Monitor food stock levels and report inventory requirements to kitchen management
**Job Requirements**
• Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level or equivalent qualification
• Prior experience in food preparation or kitchen operations is advantageous but not essential; on-the-job training will be provided
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices; willingness to obtain Food Safety Level 1 certification
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekend and public holidays.
• Strong team player with good communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle kitchen equipment safely
