During this internship, you will gain hands-on exposure to:

  • End-user support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and workplace tools
  • Microsoft 365 and digital workplace technologies
  • Respond to user requests for service and troubleshoot problems
  • Perform analysis on type of incidents and service request
  • Maintains open communication and positive working relationship with staff
  • Perform other duties/projects as assigned
