Job Responsibilities:
Conduct orientation program and briefing to new employees
Assist in Administrative and up-to-date documents in the Employee's personal files i.e. filling and documentation
Preparing employment contracts and HR letters, monitor employee’s probation period, confirmation.
Perform recruitment, such as posting job advertisements in portals and candidate interview
To handle all MOM online Work Pass related matters ie application / renewal / cancellation / replacement of Work Pass
To handle workers’ matters, prepare contracts, home leave arrangement.
To liaise with government authority ie MOM pertaining to worker matters
Update employee database (including leave, childcare leave & make-up paid claim for Childcare)
Job Requirements:
Minimum 1 year in Human Resource Administration
Able to commence work within a short notice is an advantage
