Role Description The Senior Process Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in our office in Puchong, Malaysia. This position is responsible for leading process design, optimization, and troubleshooting activities for projects. Day-to-day tasks include developing process flow diagrams and P&IDs, performing calculations and simulations, specifying equipment, and supporting control strategies. The role involves overseeing technical deliverables, coordinating with multidisciplinary project teams, guiding junior engineers, and participating in site visits, commissioning, and performance testing. The Senior Process Engineer also contributes to risk assessments, ensures compliance with relevant standards and regulations, and supports continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Process Engineering and Chemical Engineering, with experience in industrial process applications.
- Proficiency in Process Design for food and beverage, including development of process documentation, equipment specification, and system integration.
- Experience in Process Control, including control strategy development, instrumentation understanding, and collaboration with automation teams.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills for data analysis, problem-solving, optimization, and root cause investigation.
- Bachelors or Masters degree or higher in Chemical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Relevant experience in food and beverage, industrial, pharmaceutical, or wastewater projects, including on-site work.
- Ability to lead projects, mentor junior team members, and communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with industry standards, safety practices, and regulatory requirements in process industries.
