Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Technical Lead – Tableau BI Support di AMK Technology Federal Territory - Maukerja

We're looking for an experienced Technical Lead with strong Tableau Server Administration expertise to support and lead enterprise BI platforms in a high-volume production environment.

• Lead the Kuala Lumpur BI support team, providing technical leadership, work allocation, mentoring, and escalation management.
• Own technical support and incident resolution for enterprise Tableau applications.
• Administer and maintain Tableau Server, including extract refreshes, server health, performance tuning, user management, and data source administration.
• Troubleshoot complex Tableau issues involving calculations, LOD expressions, table calculations, parameters, and dashboard performance.
• Support Power BI Service, including datasets, dataflows, and report administration.
• Support enterprise reporting platforms built with Tableau, Typo3 CMS, and Cloudflare.
• Resolve multi-source data integration and blending issues across Snowflake, SQL Server, and AWS S3.
• Ensure SLA compliance for high-priority incidents (P1/P2) with rapid response and resolution.
• Ensure CCPA-compliant data handling across analytics platforms

Requirements:

• 7–10 years of BI/Tableau experience
• Minimum 2 years as a BI/Technical Lead
• Strong Tableau Server Administration (mandatory)
• Tableau Desktop (LOD, table calculations, parameters)
• Power BI Service
• Snowflake, SQL Server & AWS S3
• Production Support / Incident Management experience
