Role Description

This is a full-time remote role based out of Malaysia. The Executive Administrative Assistant will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, provide support to executives, handle correspondence, support daily operations, maintain schedules, coordinate meetings, manage documentation, and ensure smooth communication across departments.


Key Responsibilities                                                    

1. Provide administrative support to the training operation and assist business development.

2. Assist in training operation with scheduling, maintaining the tracker, and follow-ups on training opportunities.

3. Support trainer onboarding processes, including registration, shadow delivery, and certification reminders.

4. Prepare consolidated reports, trackers, and updates for management and stakeholders.        

5. Coordinate logistics for training programmes, webinars, and live events.

6. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with operational standards.

                                                                                                                          

Requirements              

1. Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.         

2. One to 3 years of experience in administrative or office support.

3. Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.     

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.                        

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, Excel).
