Joyspace Event Management coordinates every stage of the event process, from concept development to on-site delivery, to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service. Role Description The Event Executive is a full-time, on-site role located in Petaling Jaya. This role involves assisting in the end-to-end planning and coordination of events, including preparing proposals, managing timelines, and organizing logistics such as venues, vendors, equipment, and materials. The Event Executive will communicate with clients to understand event objectives, support budget tracking, and ensure all requirements are met before and during events. Daily tasks include handling administrative documentation, supporting marketing and promotional activities for events, coordinating event set-up and tear-down, and providing on-site support to ensure a smooth execution. The role also includes post-event follow-up, such as gathering feedback, updating records, and contributing to continuous improvement of event processes.
