• The Executive Assistant shall carry the following responsibilities under supervision of the Managing Director/Technical Director:
• To assist Managing Director/Technical Director as required
• Assist MD/TD in documentation - Making PowerPoint reports, filing, updating and maintaining all relevant records as required
• Handling travel & personal expense claims
• Make travel & accommodation arrangements
• Coordinating reports required and submit in a timely manner
• Maintaining of office petty cash. Ensuring all monies are reimbursed & monies to be restocked
• Manage MD/TD's calendar & set up meetings
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year working experience in administrative support roles
• Experience in ship management and maritime industry is preferred
• Good organization and coordination skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
• Prior exposure in the areas of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment would be an advantage
