- After-sales service technicians provide after-sales service support to customers, such as the installation, maintenance, and repair of the sold products. They take corrective actions to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve technical product-related issues, and write customer reports - Assist and work closely with the Engineers on their daily assignments - At least have SKM - Candidates who have PW2/PW4 certificate will be priority
