You're good at closing. The question is whether what you close is worth remembering.
At Mereka, the deals you close put real AI capability into Malaysian companies — and we make sure the training actually lands.
What you'd be doing
- Build and work a pipeline of corporate clients for our AI and corporate training programmes, from prospecting and first meetings through to signed contracts.
- Run needs analyses and present tailored training solutions, guiding clients through negotiation and contracting with your internal delivery team behind you.
- Help HR and L&D stakeholders navigate HRD Corp funding — applications, claims, approvals, onboarding — so the funding side never stalls a deal.
- Track where AI adoption and corporate learning are heading, and turn those signals into training propositions clients actually want to buy.
- Partner with product, instructional design, delivery, and marketing to sharpen what Mereka offers.
- Represent Mereka at industry events, webinars, and client meetings, with occasional travel around the region.
You'll report to our COO as part of the AI Lab team.
