What You'll Do

Design, develop, and maintain Thunderhead/Smart Communications solutions

Configure templates, workflows, and customer communication journeys

Integrate Thunderhead with enterprise applications and external systems

Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams

Support production releases, troubleshooting, and ongoing enhancements

Ensure high-quality, scalable, and compliant customer communications

What We're Looking For

Strong experience with Thunderhead NOW / Smart Communications

Experience in Customer Communications Management (CCM)

Knowledge of XML, XSLT, Java, JavaScript, APIs, and integrations

Experience working in Agile environments

Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance domain experience is a plus
