Kerja Sepenuh Masa Project Engineer (ACMV), Gaji tinggi SGD 6,000 di CSC LAND GROUP (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager / Senior Engineer in coordinating and supervising ACMV works for building construction projects.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal project teams on the progress of ACMV works to meet project schedule requirements.
• Assist in reviewing ACMV drawings, specifications, method statements, material submissions and other technical documents.
• Conduct site coordination and basic site checks to ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and safety requirements.
• Prepare daily work records, progress updates, meeting notes, correspondence and site coordination reports.
• Assist in following up on site issues, corrective actions, additional work records, variation items and subcontractor progress.
• Support testing, commissioning, inspection preparation and project handover documentation.
• Perform other project-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning, Building Environment and Energy Application Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates with relevant academic background, internship experience, project experience or research exposure in HVAC / ACMV / building services may be considered.
• Basic knowledge of ACMV systems, HVAC principles, M&E drawings and building construction workflows.
• Able to read and understand technical drawings, specifications and project documents.
• Good communication, coordination, documentation and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM, Revit or other engineering software will be an advantage.
• Responsible, willing to learn, able to work on site and adapt to a project-based construction environment.
