Your tasks

• Proactively manage assigned areas of responsibility, ensuring Hemmersbach delivers a high level of internal and external customer satisfaction while supporting business objectives.
• Ensure all tasks are completed consistently and in accordance with established lead measures and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Support daily operational activities, including responding to tickets and implementing processes to ensure smooth business operations.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of Hemmersbach management, including preparing accurate and timely reports to a high standard.
• Continuously develop personal skills and competencies to enhance performance and contribute to the quality and efficiency of daily business operations.
