We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lifting Supervisor to join our team in Johor. As a Lifting Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supervising, and ensuring all lifting operations are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with statutory requirements.

Responsibilities:-

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all lifting activities on site in accordance with approved Lifting Plans, Method Statements, and Risk Assessments (HIRARC / JSA).
• Ensure all lifting works comply with OSHA 1994, Factories and Machinery Act 1967, DOSH guidelines, and project safety requirements.
• Ensure lifting equipment certification is valid and up to date, daily checking on lifting gear, cranes and accessories
• Prepare and review lifting plans and related documentation.
• Maintain records of lifting operations, inspections, permits, and toolbox briefings.
• Assist in incident investigation related to lifting activities.
• Guide and monitor lifting team to ensure compliance with safe work procedures.
• Ensure only trained and authorised personnel are involved in lifting works.
• Participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and audits.

Qualification/ Requirement:-

• Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Construction, Engineering, or related field.
• Certified Lifting Supervisor (recognized by DOSH / CIDB / accredited training provider).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Lifting Supervisor in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of crane operations, rigging methods, and lifting accessories.
• Familiar with OSHA 1994, FMA 1967, and local safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret lifting drawings and load charts.
• Ability to enforce safety discipline on site
• Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru
• Possess own transport

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
