Key Responsibilities

  • Production Scheduling: Prepare, update, and monitor daily/weekly production plans to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Data Entry & Reporting: Accurately record production data, inventory levels, and efficiency metrics into company systems.
  • Documentation Management: Handle purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
  • Coordination: Act as a liaison between production, warehouse, sales, and logistics teams.
  • Inventory Control: Assist with monitoring stock levels, material tracking, and reporting shortages.
  • General Administration: Perform office tasks, such as answering phones, filing, and assisting with employee records.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems.
  • Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Communication: Effective verbal and written skills for coordinating with various departments.
  • Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing is often preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
