We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Finance Administrator to support our day-to-day financial operations. In this role, you will bridge the gap between finance and administration, ensuring our bookkeeping is accurate, invoices are processed on time, and clerical office tasks run smoothly. The ideal candidate is highly trustworthy, comfortable with numbers, and thrives in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Administration & Bookkeeping
- Accounts Payable: Process incoming vendor invoices, verify receipts, match purchase orders, and schedule payments.
- Accounts Receivable: Generate and send client invoices, monitor aging reports, and send friendly payment reminders to ensure timely collections.
- Expense Management: Review and process employee expense reports and corporate credit card receipts.
- Data Entry: Maintain up-to-date and accurate financial records in our accounting software ([e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage]).
General Office Administration
- Record Keeping: Maintain a secure, organized digital and physical filing system for all financial and legal documents.
- Office Support: Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed, such as sorting mail, ordering office supplies, or assisting with basic HR paperwork.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: [1–2+ years] of proven experience as a Finance Assistant, Admin Assistant, Bookkeeper, or similar clerical role.
- Education: High school diploma required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Software Proficiency: Solid hands-on experience with MS Excel (vlookups, basic formulas) and accounting software ([e.g., QuickBooks, Xero]).
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per hour
