JOB OBJECTIVE
Assist Engineering Department in developing and standardizing manufacturing processes, documentation systems, and production data analysis.

• Related Engineering Fields
• Basic knowledge in manufacturing/process flow
• Good problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and in team environment
• Microsoft Excel / PowerPoint knowledge preferred

MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Assist Engineering team in developing, updating and standardizing SOP, Work Instruction (WI), machine parameter sheets and process flow documentation.

· Conduct cycle time study, manpower study and line observation to support process optimization and production capacity planning.

· Collect, record and analyze production data including cycle time, downtime, rejection, yield and machine utilization for continuous improvement activities.

· Assist in production new product introduction (NPI) activities including process setup, trial run preparation, material verification and process validation.

· Support engineering team in troubleshooting manufacturing process issues related to quality, yield, machine stability and production efficiency.

· Liaise with Production and QA departments to establish process control methods, inspection standards and operator working methods.

· Assist in monitoring and maintaining process parameters to ensure process consistency and product quality compliance.

· Participate in process improvement projects to reduce cycle time, idle time, transfer time and material wastage.

· Assist in preparing engineering reports, charts, process records and technical documentation.

· Assist in maintaining engineering database including cycle time records, process revision records and machine setup documentation.

· Perform shopfloor observation and follow-up activities to ensure SOP and process requirements are trained and properly implemented.

· Carry out any ad-hoc task assigned by superior.

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,200.00 per month
