Kerja Sepenuh Masa MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,300 di SIRAGA IEM SDN BHD Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

1. Preventive Maintenance

• Assist in carrying out scheduled preventive maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
• Perform routine inspections to identify potential issues before breakdowns occur.
• Maintain maintenance checklists and service records.

2. Corrective Maintenance

• Assist in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
• Respond promptly to machinery breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
• Replace defective parts and perform minor repairs when required.

3. Facility Maintenance

• Carry out general maintenance of factory buildings, offices, hostels, and surrounding facilities.
• Perform minor plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and welding work when required.

4. Inventory & Documentation

• Maintain proper records of maintenance activities.
• Monitor spare parts and maintenance tools inventory.
• Inform the supervisor when spare parts require replenishment.

6. Safety & Housekeeping

• Follow all company safety procedures and use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Ensure maintenance work areas are clean and organized.
• Report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Comply with company policies, SOPs, and ISO requirements.

7. Other Duties

• Assist external contractors during maintenance work.
• Support emergency maintenance outside normal working hours when required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the superior.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
