Full Time Electrical Site Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Surveil International Engineering Kedah - Maukerja

Job Summary

Responsible for supervising daily electrical site activities, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily electrical installation works at project sites.
• Coordinate site activities with Project Engineers, Site Coordinators, subcontractors, clients, and suppliers.
• Monitor work progress to ensure projects are completed according to schedule.
• Ensure electrical installation complies with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable standards.
• Plan and arrange manpower, materials, tools, and equipment required for site operations.
• Conduct daily site inspections and resolve site issues promptly.
• Prepare Daily Site Reports, manpower reports, and work progress updates.
• Attend site meetings and follow up on action items.
• Assist in Testing & Commissioning (T&C) activities.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, company procedures, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with the office regarding material requests and deliveries.
• Report project progress, delays, and technical issues to the Project Manager.

Requirements

• Diploma, Certificate, SKM Level 3, PW4, or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience supervising electrical installation projects.
• Experience in commercial, industrial, factory, or construction projects.
• Able to read electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and construction drawings.
• Knowledge of electrical installation practices and safety requirements.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and manage subcontractors.
• Willing to travel and work at project sites.
• Possess a valid driving licence.

Preferred Qualifications

• PW4 Certificate.
• CIDB Green Card.
• Experience in LV electrical systems, cable installation, containment systems, switchboards, or ELV systems.
• Knowledge of Testing & Commissioning procedures.
