Job Summary
Responsible for coordinating daily delivery operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation of goods to customers. This role works closely with customers, transporters, and internal departments to ensure smooth delivery processes, proper documentation, complaint handling, and transportation cost control.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange and coordinate deliveries according to customer requirements and schedules.
• Liaise with transporters, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth delivery operations.
• Prepare and manage Delivery Orders (DOs) and related logistics documentation.
• Handle customer complaints, returns, and delivery-related issues.
• Monitor transportation costs and ensure compliance with approved budgets.
• Lead and coordinate the Delivery Team to achieve on-time deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records, filing, and monthly logistics reports.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification or above.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, delivery coordination, or related field is an added advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
