Job Description:

• Deliver friendly and professional customer service while creating a welcoming café experience.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards and recipes.
• Assist customers with menu recommendations, promotions, and product information.
• Ensure orders are prepared accurately and served promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, workstations, dining area, and equipment.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle customer enquiries and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.
• Follow all company SOPs, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Attend training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and service skills.
• Maintain a positive attitude, professionalism, and punctuality at all times.

Pay: From RM1,900.00 per month
