Full Time Operations Executive Jobs, salary up to MYR 3,200 in Agensi Pekerjaan Humanix Sdn Bhd Cyberjaya - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of regular business and performance reports using data from internal systems.
• Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to track business performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Help prepare dealer performance and benchmarking reports to support business decision-making.
• Assist in maintaining pricing information and supporting commercial planning activities.
• Support the preparation of incentive calculations, agreements, and other business-related documentation.
• Coordinate the submission and tracking of administrative documents such as purchase requests, purchase orders, invoices, and internal documentation.
• Assist with data entry, record maintenance, and ensuring the accuracy of business information.
• Support claims verification, payment submissions, and other operational processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure reports and documentation are completed accurately and on time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Comfortable working with numbers, data, and Microsoft Excel.

Requirements

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
