An Executive Assistant (EA) provides high-level operational, and strategic support to senior executives, acting as a crucial "gatekeeper" to maximize their efficiency.
Responsibilities include calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and managing communications.
EAs often handle confidential, sensitive information and act as a liaison between the senior executive and stakeholders such as clients and product & service providers.
Key Responsibilities & Duties :
i. Establishing and defining the client-planner relationship.
ii. Gathering client financial data, including financial goals.
iii. Analysing and evaluating client current financial status.
iv. Developing and presenting financial planning recommendations and/or alternatives.
v. Implementing the financial planning recommendations.
vi. Monitoring the financial planning recommendations.
Skills & Requirements
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, staff, and board members.
Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
Technical Proficiency: Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience: Previous experience in executive support roles.
Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive business information with discretion.

Pay: RM3,000.00 per month
