Job Scope:

• Source and purchase materials, products, and services required by the company.
• Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
• Prepare and process purchase orders accurately and on time.
• Monitor order status and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain good relationships with existing suppliers and identify new potential suppliers.
• Track inventory levels and coordinate purchasing requirements with relevant departments.
• Resolve issues related to deliveries, quality, or supplier performance.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
