The Hajj Operations Executive is responsible for coordinating and supporting Hajj travel operations while ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every pilgrim. The role involves assisting customers throughout their Hajj journey, coordinating travel arrangements and documentation, and working closely with internal teams and travel partners to deliver excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding Hajj packages and services.
• Assist customers with bookings, payments, travel documents, and visa applications.
• Provide support to pilgrims throughout their Hajj journey.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other travel partners.
• Ensure accurate customer records and timely processing of travel documentation.
• Resolve customer issues and maintain a high standard of customer service.
• Monitor customer feedback and recommend service improvements.
• Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of Hajj operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in Hajj operations or Hajj travel agency operations.
• Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Good organisational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work outside normal office hours and travel when operationally required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,990.00 per month
