1. Position Summary ( EXPERIENCE IN SECURITY INDUSTRY FIELD ONLY)

Responsible for overseeing security guards at assigned sites, ensuring compliance with company SOPs, maintaining high discipline, and ensuring safety and security for clients and assets.

1. Main Responsibilities

• Supervise daily security operations across multiple client sites.
• Manage deployment, scheduling, and attendance of security personnel.
• Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and client requirements.
• Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and client concerns.
• Investigate incidents and submit accurate reports.
• Liaise with clients, management, and relevant authorities.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate security officers and site supervisors.
• Monitor service quality and implement continuous improvements.
• Ensure sufficient manpower and operational readiness at all times.

2. Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (minimum).
• Security-related training or certification.

4. Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of security experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or team lead experience (preferred).

5. Skills & Competencies

• Strong supervisory and team coordination skills.
• Good communication and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of security patrol techniques, access control, and reporting.
• Ability to handle emergencies and make quick decisions.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email reporting).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
