Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver professional pharmacy services to ensure safe, accurate, timely and high-quality patient care.

* Review and validate medication orders for appropriateness, accuracy and compliance with hospital policies and formulary requirements.

* Perform clinical interventions and communicate effectively with prescribers to optimize medication therapy.

* Dispense and manage medications safely, including storage, distribution and inventory control.

* Provide medication counselling and drug information to healthcare professionals and patients.

* Supervise and support pharmacy technicians to ensure efficient pharmacy operations.

* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to promote medication safety and improve patient outcomes.

Job Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy recognized by the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia.

* Registered Pharmacist with a valid Annual Retention Certificate (ARC).

* Experience in a hospital pharmacy setting is preferred.

* Strong communication, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

* Passionate about patient care and committed to delivering excellent customer service.

* Able to work on rotational shift including weekends and public holidays.
