Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Strategic Solutions Engineer (Machinery engineering) di NSW Automation Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical pre-sales and post-sales support, including application studies and solution recommendations.
• Conduct application testing, Proof of Concept (PoC), machine demonstrations, and process optimization.
• Support machine installation, commissioning, validation, and production ramp-up at customer sites.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, and Operations to develop technical proposals and engineering documentation.
• Deliver onsite customer support, technical training, and troubleshooting to ensure successful implementation.
• Gather customer feedback, market trends, and competitor insights to support product enhancement and innovation.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, SOPs, and training materials.
• Support exhibitions, webinars, customer visits, and other business development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards, safety requirements, and engineering best practices.
• Continuously enhance technical expertise and contribute knowledge sharing across the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, Automation Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in automation equipment, dispensing systems, semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, or related industries.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting and engineering problem-solving skills.
• Experience with motion control systems, vision systems, or fluid dispensing technologies is an added advantage.
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally for customer support and project implementation.
• Open to extended project assignments in the overseas (e.g. United States) based on business needs.
