Responsibilit

ies:• Provide L3 production support for Digital Banking applications, ensuring high availability and service reliabil

ity.• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production incidents within agreed S

LAs.• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes for recurring application iss

ues.• Support application deployments, production releases, and change implementation activit

ies.• Develop and support application enhancements using Java, Spring, and Spring B

oot.• Analyze application logs, SQL queries, and system behavior to identify and resolve iss

ues.• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, database, and business teams during incident resolution and project deliv
