Role Description The Senior Operations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities across retail activations and events, ensuring smooth setup, execution, and teardown. The role includes coordinating with internal teams and external partners, managing vendor relationships, monitoring budgets and timelines, and resolving operational issues promptly. The Senior Operations Executive will analyze operational performance, recommend process improvements, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and stakeholder experience. This role also involves preparing reports, maintaining documentation, and supporting strategic planning for future activations.

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following

• Coordinate event setup and operations for onsite execution
• Assist with floor plan drafting, layout planning, and SketchUp drawings
• Liaise with contractors, vendors, suppliers, and venue management
• Ensure smooth event setup and teardown operations
• Coordinate logistics, delivery schedules, and onsite arrangements
• Assist with applications for relevant event licences and permits
• Ensure compliance with venue and safety requirements
• Support technical and operational requirements including audio, lighting, and electrical setup
• Conduct site recce and assist with onsite coordination and problem-solving during events

Requirements

• At least 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in events, exhibitions, activations, or related industries
• Positive attitude and Responsible
• Have knowledge of SketchUp, floor plans, or layout planning preferred
• Familiar with licensing submissions with relevant agencies
• Comfortable communicating with contractors, vendors and clients
• Internet savvy with basic Microsoft Office knowledge
• Able to commit weekends and overtime when required
