As part of our business expansion, our client is seeking two additional proactive, relationship-driven
Client Servicing Managers to strengthen our client portfolio and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the primary liaison for assigned clients, managing service requests, feedback,
and escalations
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality service
delivery
• Promote tailored wealth solutions (structured products, private equity, alternative
investments, estate planning)
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell wealth management products (mutual
funds, insurance-linked investments, retirement plans, structured products)
• Drive acquisition of new clients through referrals, networking, and targeted outreach
• Monitor client satisfaction and implement strategies for continuous improvement
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, compliance, product) to resolve client
issues swiftly and accurately
• Support client onboarding, documentation, and regulatory compliance
• Maintain accurate records and uphold service standards aligned with MAS guidelines
Job Requirements
• 3+ years’ experience in client servicing or relationship management within financial
services/banking/fintech
• Strong understanding of financial products, regulatory frameworks, and service
workflows
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and client reporting tools
• Local Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business, or related field
