Job Scope:

• Assist engineers in preparing quotations, proposals & technical documents
• Support tender and project documentation activities
• Coordinate with suppliers, clients & internal departments
• Prepare reports and related documentation
• Assist in project follow-up and administrative coordination
• Ensure proper filing and document control

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Basic knowledge in technical or engineering documentation is an advantage
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to work independently and in a team

Working Environment :

• Desk-based / indoor role (99%)
• Office hours, minimal field exposure
