In a Nutshell:

We are looking for talents who will be playing an integral role in our project management team. Our project management intern will be required to participate in planning, scheduling and tracking project plans with the rest of the team.

What you'll do:

1. Monitor project progress and set deadlines under the guidance of the supervisor.

(a) Creating project tracker

(b) Executing follow ups with internal stakeholders

2. Working closely with other internal teams (client servicing, project management, brand activation and brand comms) and liaising with external teams to align on budget and timeline and ensuring that all requirements from briefs are met.

(a) Quality control on deliverables

(b) Organization of brief and deliverables

(c) Participating in kick off meetings

3. Creative production

(a) Pre-production planning (storyboarding, callsheet, etc.)

(b) Being on-ground for simple production shoots.

What you have:

• Fresh grads or final year students.
• Has strong maintenance and planning skills.
• Team player with effective communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to fast paced environments where requirements don’t always stay the same.
• Fluent in English
