Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Klang Valley. The Sales Representative will identify and pursue new business opportunities, promote Yes’ products and services, and build long-term relationships with dealer and distributor. Daily tasks include meeting prospective clients, conducting product presentations and demonstrations.The role also involves managing customer accounts, handling inquiries and feedback, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery, and maintaining accurate records in sales systems and reports. The Sales Representative is expected to stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and promotional campaigns to effectively position Yes in the marketplace.
Qualifications

• Strong sales and customer relationship skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical products in clear, simple terms.
• Basic knowledge of telecommunications or mobile internet services, with interest in digital and broadband technologies.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills, including maintaining accurate documentation and managing multiple accounts.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Minimum SPM, diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
