Kickstart your career in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations with hands-on exposure in the renewable energy industry. This internship offers real experience in recruitment, employer branding, and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment (job postings, sourcing, screening & interview coordination)
• Assist in employer branding initiatives (LinkedIn posts, job ads)
• Maintain candidate and HR databases, trackers, and reports
• Support onboarding, HR operations, and administrative tasks
• Assist in employee engagement activities and company events

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Psychology
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and digital tools
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Employer Branding
