Our client is seeking a meticulous and motivated OPERATIONS ADMIN SUPPORT to join the team In this role, you will play a critical part in providing administrative and operational support by managing documentation, records, inventory, logistics coordination, and stakeholder communications to ensure smooth daily business operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to operations and sales teams

• Prepare and process documents such as purchase orders, invoices, and delivery orders

• Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and databases

• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments

• Assist in inventory tracking and logistics coordination

• Handle general office duties and support daily operations

Job Requirements

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Business Administration or related field

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Good organizational and multitasking skills

• Strong communication and attention to detail

• Able to work independently and as part of a team
