Kerja Sepenuh Masa ACCOUNT ASSISTANT, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,200 di Benajaya Melaka - Maukerja

• Bi-weekly wages calculation for site team/workers. Focusing on attendance, vehicle movements, tngo card and site reports.
• Bi-weekly petty cash calculation. Do summary list for all transactions.
• Assisting in e-invoice and self-billed invoice key in for UBS accounting system.
• Assisting in preparing SST masterlist for involved projects.
• Involve in accounting tasks with accounting department.
• Office housekeeping liaison with third party cleaning services.
• Ad-hoc tasks assigned between few employees when there is urgent deadline.
• Company documentations renewal/tasks. E.g.: Ministry of Finance, CIDB, TM Supplier Cert, TNB Vendor Cert, Worker's CIDB/Niosh renewal or application, etc.

Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting is a plus.
• Experience in Accounting background, depending on suitability or relevance can negotiate salary.
• Experience in using and KEY IN UBS Accounting System is a plus.
• Important: Can work in a team, outspoken personality.
• Not pushy or totally quiet due to tight deadlines and continuous operations.
• Someone who can communicate well with site workers via whatsapp or call.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
