Responsibilities:
5+ Years related experience such as Data analysis, project management, project management office, demand management, etc
2+ Years in insurance/ reinsurance industry, particularly in operations, treaty administration, finance, valuation, or pricing
Support the implementation of the project delivery and change management team, which include setting up and monitor the adoption of project standards, governance and control for projects and initiatives within the Business Operations portfolio.
Responsible for reviewing assigned business processes from end-to-end to identify and address operational and technological risks. Identify opportunities to optimize and improve efficiency.
This role will include activities such as leading small to mid-size projects, and collaborate on larger more complex projects that impact Business Operations in the region.
Support the development release cycles for the administration system to deliver priorities.
Work with business users to consolidate requirements for new and existing functionality and assist with resolution of production support issues to ensure seamless business operations for Administration Teams in the region. Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in Information Systems and apply this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices.
Including promoting of the use of Agile project delivery methodologies Participate in multiple workstream or projects by evaluating business requirements to determine feasibility, conducting structured walkthroughs of requirements, managing workstream/project scope; completing and updating project documentation; schedule management; ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones; following proper escalation paths; and managing customer expectations.
Apply prompt engineering to accelerate these business analysis deliverables.
Convert the business requirements into detailed technical requirements for the technology team.
Co-ordinate with the technology team to explain the requirements and ensure alignment to the business problem and proposed solution To validate the developed solution before handing it over to the customer for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Coordinate with the businesses and the technology team to facilitate UAT Assist in fostering business partner relationships and expectations with different RGA functions by developing a communication process to keep others up to date on workstream or project results such as utilizing formal and informal written communication to communicate updates and findings; and facilitating project meetings or stand ups and can lead presentations to diverse audiences.
Provide project level analysis – producing required project analysis documentation (business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, process diagrams, future state proposals, UAT plan)
Collaborate closely with both global and regional IT to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process. Review current solutions and suggest options for futureproofing, automation, and self-service; including low-code / no-code and AI-assisted tooling.
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
